PT ADINDO FORESTA INDONESIA Tbk.
Untuk memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 2 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015, Direksi PT Adindo Foresta Indonesia, Tbk, suatu perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia, berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat (”Perseroan”), dengan ini mengumumkan bahwa pada hari Selasa, tanggal 08 November 2016 telah dilaksanakan penjualan 2 unit Bulldozer CAT D8R (”aset”) milik Perseroan.
Jenis aset Perseroan adalah Bulldozer Caterpillar D8R, Chasis No. 9EM4006 Engine Type D3406, engine serial No. 41Z 25236 dan Bulldozer Caterpillar D8R, Chasis No. 9EM4017 Engine Type D3406, engine serial No. 41Z 25260 dengan nilai IDR1,800,000,000 (satu milyar delapan ratus juta Rupiah) dibeli oleh Borneo Stream Pte. Ltd yang tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi dengan Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan adalah dari transaksi penjualan aset tersebut di atas, Perseroan membukukan keuntungan sebesar IDR 1,000,000,000 (satu milyar Rupiah). Hasil penjualan akan dipergunakan untuk peremajaan aset Perseroan.

Pursuant to Article 2 of Financial Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015, the Board of Director PT Adindo Foresta Indonesia, Tbk, a limited liability company duly established and existing under the laws of Republic of Indonesia and having its domicile in Central Jakarta (”Company”), hereby announced that on Tuesday, 08 November 2016, the Company has sold 2 units of Bulldozer CAT D8R ( ”Assets”).
Details of the Assets are Bulldozer Caterpillar D8R, Chasis No. 9EM4006 Engine Type D3406, engine serial No. 41Z 25236 and Bulldozer Caterpillar D8R, Chasis No. 9EM4017 Engine Type D3406, engine serial No. 41Z 25260, all amounting to IDR1,800,000,000 (one billion and eight hundred million Rupiah) only, purchased by Borneo Stream Pte. Ltd, a limited liability who has no affiliation with the Company .
As a result of the transfer of Assets mentioned above, the occurrence information or material facts that has an impact on the operational activities, legal, financial condition or business, the Company gained an amount of IDR1,000,000,000 (one billion Rupiah) only. Proceeds from the sale will be used for the rejuvenation of the Company’s other Asset.
