Untuk memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 2 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015, Direksi PT Adindo Foresta Indonesia, Tbk, suatu perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia, berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat (“Perseroan”), dengan ini mengumumkan bahwa pada hari Senin, tanggal 02 Oktober 2017 telah dilaksanakan penjualan 1 unit Bulldozer CAT D8R (“aset”) milik Perseroan.

Jenis aset Perseroan adalah Bulldozer Caterpillar D8R, Chassis No. 9EM4005 Engine Type D3406, engine serial No. 41Z 25237 dengan nilai IDR900,000,000 (sembilan ratus juta Rupiah) (di luar nilai PPN sebesar 10%) dibeli oleh PT Amman Strong Machinery yang tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi dengan Perseroan.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan adalah dari transaksi penjualan aset tersebut di atas, Perseroan membukukan keuntungan sebesar IDR900,000,000 (sembilan ratus juta Rupiah). Hasil penjualan akan dipergunakan untuk peremajaan aset Perseroan.

Pursuant to Article 2 of Financial Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015, the Board of Director PT Adindo Foresta Indonesia, Tbk, a limited liability company duly established and existing under the laws of Republic of Indonesia and having its domicile in Central Jakarta (“Company”), hereby announced that on Monday, 02 October 2017, the Company has sold 1 units of Bulldozer CAT D8R (“Assets”).

Details of the Assets are Bulldozer Caterpillar D8R, Chasis No. 9EM4005 Engine Type D3406, engine serial No. 41Z 25237, amounting to IDR900,000,000 (nine hundred million Rupiah) (exclude PPN 10%) only, purchased by PT Amman Strong Machinery, a limited liability who has no affiliation with the Company .

As a result of the transfer of Asset mentioned above, the occurrence information or material facts that has an impact on the operational activities, legal, financial condition or business, the Company gained an amount of IDR900,000,000 (nine hundred million Rupiah) only. Proceeds from the sale will be used for the rejuvenation of the Company's other Asset.
