PT ADINDO FORESTA INDONESIA Tbk.
Untuk memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 2 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015, Direksi PT Adindo Foresta Indonesia, Tbk, suatu perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia, berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat (“Perseroan”), dengan ini mengumumkan bahwa pada hari Selasa,tanggal 27 Desember 2016 telah dilaksanakan pembelian 1 unit Wheel Loader (“aset”) untuk menjadi milik Perseroan.
Jenis aset Perseroan adalah Wheel Loader IL-04 dengan nilai IDR 520.000.000 (lima ratus dua puluh juta Rupiah), dibeli dari PT Kutai Chip Mill yang tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi dengan Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan adalah dari transaksi pembelian aset tersebut di atas, Perseroan mendapatkan aktiva tetap dengan nilai akuisisi sebesar IDR 520.000.000 (lima ratus dua puluh juta Rupiah). Aktiva tetap hasil peremajaan akan disewakan sebagai sumber penghasilan untuk Perseroan.

Pursuant to Article 2 of Financial Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015, the Board of Director PT Adindo Foresta Indonesia, Tbk, a limited liability company duly established and existing under the laws of Republic of Indonesia and having its domicile in Central Jakarta (“Company”), hereby announced that on Tuesday, 27 December 2016, the Company has purchased 1 unit Wheel Loader (“Assets”).
Details of the Assets are Wheel Loader IL-04, all amounting to IDR 520.000.000 (five hundred and twenty million Rupiah) only, purchased from PT Kutai Chip Mill, a limited liability who has no affiliation with the Company.
As a result of the transfer of Assets mentioned above, the occurrence information or material facts that has an impact on the operational activities, legal, financial condition or business, , there is an increase in the total fixed assets of the Company by IDR 520.000.000 (five hundred and twenty million Rupiah) only. The new fixed asset will be leased out as a source of income for the Company.
